About Us

The Power of Art was co-founded by Mai-Ly Spiller and Rob Carpenter to empower artists and everyday people to beautify and unite Los Angeles through innovative artistic experiences. We have partnered with the City of Los Angeles, Department of Cultural Affairs, Department of Transportation, El Pueblo de Los Angeles, and many others to make this a reality. We hope you will join us as we turn the streets of Los Angeles into the world's largest public arts gallery!
